"The Wacky Weed" is a 1946 Animation movie directed by Dick Lundy and starring by Walter Tetley. Andy Panda goes shopping for a flower to decorate his lawn but the poor flower is attacked by a very nasty weed that threatens to choke the life out of it. Andy does his best to get rid of the menacing and stubborn weed.
